Gum problems are
common to all the living things on planet earth. These problems in the
gums could be controlled in humans unlike other species who have to
suffer all their lives with.
Gums always at risk of developing various problems because of the attacks of intruders that we put in the mouth during the day weaken the tissues that comprise the gums. Gums are the supporting structures for the teeth that hold the teeth together by binding the teeth by their support tissues. These tissues when infected by bacteria’s eat away the protective covering of the teeth and here comes the intruder.

We can keep a check on these and help to make our gums stronger by simply changing some of our daily habits.
Simply mouth wash: simply rinse the mouth with the help of mouth wash. Gargle the corners of the mouth with mouth wash and spit it out. Then rinse it with clean water.
White brushing: brush your teeth with good and healthy brush. Make smooth movements of the brush all over the mouth and gently move the brush all over the mouth so as to properly clean all over.
Reduce sugar: reduce the items that contain excess of sugar as sugar contains acids that react with the tissues in the gums weakening the gums.
Vitamin D: the consumption of vitamin D makes the gums stronger as vitamin D provides the necessary boosters that help to strengthen the gums. The applications that contain Vitamin D make the inner linings of the gums stronger and give the gums proper massage
.
Antioxidants rich fruits: Fruits are not alone that are rich in antioxidants. Along with fruits, even vegetables are also rich in antioxidants. These fruits and vegetables control the sensations in the gums that are otherwise spoiling the party. Spinach is one such pacifier.
Feeling of Onions:
Onions when eaten raw are a great source of anti-bacterial properties
that kills any formations of bacteria’s that could be troublesome for
the gums at some stage or the other. Other than eating raw onions,
even cooked onions could also be eaten with various vegetable recipes.
Nuts and nuts: Nuts have such killer applicators in them that they can easily control the multiplication of the bacteria’s and their families that are present in the gums. Nuts could be used as decorators for various food items or could be simply chewed plain.
Gum problems – of varied extents could be controlled by simply changing some of the daily habits as there are lots of such habits that could put cap on these types of problems. These habits needs only to be adopted with some punctuality and discipline and the results could be great.
