Yoga exercises to increase the power of the brain

Everybody has his or her brain and the power of the brain depends upon the individuals own body structure. A person’s own body structure is made up of several different elements present in the body. The working of these elements depends upon the individuals own capacity and also with the proper upkeep of the elements. Certain changes in the normal functioning could upset the working of the elements in the body. The elements are largely responsible for the working of the brain.

Slight changes in the normal functioning could jeopardize the normal functioning of the brain which could alter a person’s power of the brain.

Some of the yoga poses could go a long way in increasing the brain power and help someone to concentrate at a particular thing. Yoga poses are non expensive means to help in increase brain power.

Yoga asanas are the power to change the hormone structure of the human body. A look at some of the asanas that could help increase brain power are:

1.Constant gazing at a fixed point:

Make a pose to sit in the straight position with back straight and erect. Make a black dot on the wall just opposite to you. You must sit at some distance from the wall. Do not sit too close to the wall. The mark on the wall should be at an eye level while sitting. In place of a mark on a wall, one could even start gazing at some fixed object

Start looking at the mark with great concentration for some seconds. Do not blink your eyes.  After few seconds, you will notice load in your eyes. Stop looking at the point. Try to repeat this exercise after some time. Slowly increase the gazing time with every passing day. The time of gazing can be measured with the help of a stop clock.

2.Utthita Marichyasana:

Stand straight on a solid surface. Fold your left leg. Extend left arm slightly outward. Using right arm, draw your left leg towards your right straight leg. While moving your left leg towards right, try to rotate your body at the hips and look back, but do not overstress yourself. Keep it in that position for few seconds. Breathe naturally during all this. 

Then repeat the whole process with the other leg. Try to increase your capacity with every passing day

3. Padahastasana :

Stand in a straight position with both the feet together and touching each other. Bend forward and hold your calf muscles with both hands. Breathe normally. Try to keep your knees as straight as possible.
Hold it for a few seconds. Then increase your retention power with every passing day. It’s very important not to over stress your body

Yoga poses and postures could be very helpful to a person as these do not leave any types of side effects on a human body. These postures to increase Brain Power could be practiced from the comforts of your home
