Make it a regular habit to be exercised daily.

This could be another great source of reducing the excess body weight as it makes way for the sweat to come out of the sweat pores and a person feels comfortable and healthy.

Take a long rope so that when rope is held in both hands, it must be able to reach the ground (it should be of such a length as to reach from your shoulders to the ground but should not touch the ground).
