  • Quit to Smoking and Tobacco: We know that tobacco is bad for health, it can lead to several diseases including gum diseases. So it very important that to prevent from gum diseases we are using tobacco products.
  • Eat a healthy Diet: Calcium and protein is very important for gum health. So it is very important that we take a healthy diet. We are taking lots of junk foods and vitamins that are harmful for health. By eating fruits and vegetables we can prevent from health related problems.
  • Good Brushing: When we brushing our teeth are than our main motive is to remove the plaque and bacteria from teeth’s. The plaque and bacteria and not cleans easily so it is very important that you cleans your teeth’s slowly and well. Use a good quality tooth brush and paste. Brush your teeth’s two times in a day and prevent from gum problems.

  • Regular Checkup: Gum diseases are age related problem when we are getting in old age than the chances are increased of developing gum diseases. So it is very important that you checked your teeth’s regularly by dentist, it will helps to reduce the risk of gum diseases in early stage. Anyone who has family history related gum diseases they are also advice for regular checkup.
  • Use Mouth Washes: There are several types of mouth washes are available in the marked which helps to reduce the infections and bacteria form mouth. The combination of mouthwash with brushing is very effective.
