Migraine is the game of certain type of headache that could be responsible of severe headache and the intensity of headache could be intolerable. 1. Turn of the lights and make it a habit of sleeping in the pitch dark room as the lighted room could trigger the migraine attacks in the person. The lights could be a source of migraine triggers. Better to make a habit of reading the time you go to your bed: The time you are off to your bed after finishing the day, make a habit of reading a novel or some good books which could be interesting to read. Reading a book could concentrate your mind and keep the unwanted thoughts off your mind. The unwanted thoughts when kept away could make the sleep to be of good intensity that could give good relief.

3. Chalk out some sleeping hours: chalk out some sleeping hours and make this regular pattern for the whole of the life. Follow the hours daily with full strictness. The time to go to sleep and the time to leave the bed the next morning must be the same as any change in the set hours could activate the migraine triggers that could be agonizing.

5. Try not to sleep forcibly as some forced sleeping could imbalance the sleep and could again trigger the attacks of migraine on the mind of a person.

6. Finish your dinner early: Make it a habit of finishing your dinner early. Do not ever be late and give some 2 hours of approximate time for the dinner to be properly digested. When the food is properly digested, and there are no signs of heaviness in the stomach, then this is the proper time to get to find the bed and to go to sleep. Then it is guaranteed that the sleep will be sound. If the food is not properly digested and you get to the bed, there are chances of acid reflux in the stomach and the attacks of acid reflux could upset the sleep and could trigger migraine.
