There is a bitter and frightening truth we have to face in future that our brain power decline, as we become older. The main reasons for this declination are bad thinking habits and bad lifestyles. Effective strategies to increase your brain power -

  • Take rest - The most important thing to increase your brain power is to take an enough amount of sleep daily. Ideally, adults should take an adequate amount of rest so that they can wake up without taking the help of an alarm clock or some other kind of interruption. However, we can’t rely on our internal clock always to wake up in the morning, because of our busy lives we are living. In such case, don’t forget to take minimum of 7 hours sleep, before you go out.

Not having proper rest effects the productivity by decreasing the mental stability. If you want to earn more during your waking hours, be sure to take rest. This is how you can increase brain sharpness quickly.

  • Eat right - Healthy food makes our body healthier, which in turn makes our mind sharper. If you are consuming healthy food, then it’s good! But those who rely on junk food, needs to change their eating habits now!

The very first thing you can do to avoid junk food is to stop purchasing it from the market. Instead of buying processed food, it’s better to buy wholesome foods such as raw nuts, vegetables, fruits, healthy desserts, lean cut meals etc. when you purchase such kind of healthy food, you tend to eat them automatically more, because you can’t stored them for long time/

If you see wholesome food only inside your home, you will it more often and consume less at restaurants, hotels and fast food places. Additionally, this way you can control more on your fast food eating habit.

  • Listen to music - Music can make your mind to stay creative, sharp and healthy. When the level pressure increases, your mind stopped working making you feel tired and dull all the time. To fight with this, it’s better to listen to music. At first, choose the type of music you love to hear. But yes, you can make a switch between the tracks that encourages you, excite you, mellow you and inspire you! Or, listen to those tracks that encourage you to face the real challenges of the life, but the main rule to listen music is that, “it should be beneficial and not be hectic".

And, it is considered quite good to listen to music before going to bed, as it makes you to asleep peacefully and increases brain power as well!
