Constipation-universal
situation with no boundaries to identify its nationality- this is a
type of situation that keeps him/her busy with repeated visits to a
toilet. It consumes so much time that a person may think of reaching the
place of work slightly late but the visit to a toilet could not be
delayed. Constipation restricts the proper passing of the gas out into
the cruel world and retains it within the stomach muscles. This

• Guava is another excellent constipation reliever. Guava could be eaten with seeds. another alternative of having guava is to cut guava with seeds mixed with fruit of bael and relieve tour constipation.
• Mix lemon juice with a glass of warm water and drink 2-3 times a day.
• Herbal tea could be very effective in constipation.
• Take more fiber rich fruits and vegetables. Fibers in fruits and vegetables attract the gas constituents and relieve the otherwise tense situation.
• Magnesium rich fruits and vegetables are very effective.
• Milk and milk products could also cause constipation by producing lactose.
• Vitamin C is another constipation reliever. Vitamin C eases out the muscles that have otherwise in tension and not allowing the gas to pass out.
• Drinking milk boiled with some turmeric and figs can help relieve constipation.
• Chew the food properly before swallowing the food. When the food is not properly chewed and it is swallowed, air gets entrapped inside the food. This entrapped air causes constipation.
• Drink enough amount of water that could make tour intestines soft.

could relax the abdominal muscles. Relaxing of the tense muscles could
clear out the gaseous substances that are giving troubles.

Nice information!!! I'm fed up. First got them in 2003, very painful. In Nov 2014 they flared up again and never really went away since. I've been using Metamucil for fiber and anisole suppositories for a while, and although I'm not constipated I still get blood and pain when I use the washroom. It's so frustrating. I've also used prep H ointment, prep H suppositories, than tried garlic home remedies for constipation. And yeah it works for me.
