is the condition of the mind of a person when it begins to start
behaving abnormally. Behaving abnormally means when a person starts to
respond to the imbalance of the mind. This condition arises when the
constituents of the brain become too active and overtakes the mind and
the soul. Excess of stress does not allow the mind to stay in the
balance and mind starts reacting over small petty things.
There are various natural stress relief measures that allow bringing down the brain load to normal permissible limits.
