Treatment on Increase Brain Power

Brain Power is the controlling power for the rest of the body. This power varies from individual to individual. It could be of various levels – more or less. But, there are ways to increase the brain power.

Some of the ways to IncreaseBrain Power are:

     Avoid Junk Food: Eating junk food does not give the required energy to the body. Though it is composed of the same vegetables/eatables, but the preparation of these fast foods/junk foods are not of the same standards. It does not give the required energy to the body and the brain.

     Fish Oil: Fish Oil contains necessary compositions that activate the membranes and the cells that the brain is composed of giving it the required energy and increasing the power of brain.


     Eat Healthy: Eat healthy foods. The minerals, vitamins or we can say other required chemicals that the body needs are all contained not in just one thing, but in different varieties of foods. So, never to concentrate on eating only selected foods, but try to eat all the varieties of foods in a healthy way. All the foods have different tastes, and it always takes time to develop new tastes.

     Make reading as a habit: It is always a trend that reading the books in spares time

     Exercise regularly does not give any time to the brain to go into the state of idleness and develop some new acts of clever things. Reading the books always keeps the brain cells and membranes to work and does not give any time to relax, increasing the brain power.

    Must have proper sleep: Sleep is the state of rest for the whole of the body. After all the hectic days work, the body is too tired. The nerves and the body all are exhausted. Sleep is the only solution to boost the energy that is lost during the day. Sleep reactivates the brain cells giving it new energy.


     Avoid Stress: Taking excess of stress exerts too much pressure on the brain cells. It drains out the energy out the mind. This drained out energy reduces the retention power of the brain. So avoid taking too much stress.

     Set your goals: Always set the goals to achieve something in life. Setting the goals gives you a way where you can, this move on and achieves the desired results.

     Deep Breathing: Make it as an exercise that could be easily done in the fresh air of the early morning, this fresh air reactivates the brains cells as it directly enters the brain through the nostrils giving the brain a new lease of life and thus helping to increase brain power.


     Reduce your Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption puts negative effects on the body and the brain and reducing the power of brain. So reduce the alcohol consumption
