Weak
immune system is a condition of the body when disease fighting
abilities in your body decreases and exposes it to various infectious
diseases. The ability to fight out could be absent from your body due to
various factors in which body has been engaged. The various distorting
factors could reduce this ability or in some extreme cases, the ability
to fight out could be absent even from the birth of a child.
Various causes that could lead to weak immune system:
• Congenital reasons.
• Certain types of viruses.
• When you do not take foods that are rich in nutritious values.
• Your body has been exposed to certain diseases.
• When you body is under intense pressure due to excessive stress on your mind.
Corrective measures to give some strength to weak immune system are:
• Drinking enough water and other liquid things could strengthen your weak immune system as water and other sources of water in some form could help in removing the toxic materials from the body that could form acidic type situation in the body.
• Excess of sugar could also be another contributing factor that could weaken the ability to fight out disease as excess sugar (100 grams) depresses the white blood cells in the body.
• Obesity effects: Obesity in the body affects the body by reducing the disease fighting capacities in the body. Need to shun off excess fat hanging around different corners of the body.
• Winter effects (effects of extreme cold): extreme cold temperatures could be another reason that could weaken your immunes. So, better to cover yourself while going out in cool temperatures.
Some of the diet precautions for weak immune system:
• Tea: Tea could be consumed on regular basis as tea contains immune boosters that fight out till the last man standing. Tea needs to be consumed ASAP and also on as is where is basis because when tea loses its temperature is good for nothing.
• Relative of onion (I mean to say “Garlic”): this could be another contributing factor when it comes to team up with improving the condition of immune system as garlic contains allicin the fights out the bacteria that creates the toxic situation in the body. A clove of garlic (if you have good and strong tongue) could be consumed even directly after washing. A clove of garlic when used to prepare dishes does not lose out its benefits.
• A bowl of chicken soup (only for non-vegetarian): only for a non-vegetarian, a bowl of chicken soup adds extra inch to the weakened immune system and give it a fresh lease of life. So, better to take it freshly prepared (in front of eyes).
• Take regular fruits and vegetables (I personally rely on them) as all fruits and vegetables contain some or the other nutritious compound that helps.
Some of my readings on the weak immune system if helps then why not to give them a try and help in fighting out diseases. Going out to visit a medical practitioner does not sound good.
