breasts which otherwise have sagged with the age. This yoga pose makes
you to lie on a soft floor (perhaps with a soft mat underneath you.) the
soft base under you ensures that hard ground surface could not deter
your attempt to undertake the yoga pose. In this pose, first step is to
sit with right shoulder touching a wall. Then inhale and turn your body
while down on the floor and legs straight up against the wall. After
raising your legs up the wall, place a soft cushion under your back
raising it slightly. Breathe normal and stay for some time. Best for
raising the breasts and attracting others.
