– major reason for the regular visits to the toilets. The situation
that arises does not let a person feel comfortable and make a person
miss important meetings or telephone calls.

Some of my recommended home remedies for constipation could be as under:
- Let’s lemon it up: lemon up our body with a glass of lemon juice early in the morning. And that too early in the morning empty stomach. Lemon juice could neutralize the effects of any windy conditions in the stomach and help the storm to pass off peacefully. Lemon has strong acidic qualities that neutralize any build ups in the stomach.
- Red guavas or white guavas: guavas no matter what color it is of from inside (red or white) has the same benefits. Benefits to reduce any constipation effects in the stomach. Guavas are full of fibers and any fibers are always helpful to clear the blocked stomach.
- Take your dinner in time: avoid taking your dinner late in the night as eating foods at late hours does not give enough time for the dinner to digest properly and completely. Any food that is left in the stomach undigested could block the stomach and cause constipation.
- Let’s make a ledge (I mean pledge): let’s make a pledge that I will go out for long walk daily ‘n’ the evening. Taking regular and long strolls could not allow to the abdominal muscles to relax and make them to work more. The movements of the abdominal muscles.
